Left a message on my husband's phone saying she works for a locator service and that someone is trying to serve me papers. Scam.

what country and name of organization

This company buys outstanding accounts with the hope of future collection. They do not have any documentation relating to the dollar amount or if there was an incorrect payment entry or insurance payment. They use empty threats to try and intimidate you into paying them money. The money does not do to the original account it goes to the agency.

Received 2 calls from this number within 40 minutes of each other. 1st caller said his name was Jack and 2nd said she was Michelle (sounded like they were having a hard-time saying their own names). Said I had won a $100 Gift Card. This must be my lucky day!!!! All I would have to do is....Give them my credit card information. Hello!!! I asked them to quit wasting my time and remove our number from their silly list.

This is definitely a SCAM!!!!!! I got calls from this number. They claimed to be from Fidelity Investments. I googled this number and found out that it was once claimed to be from "Bank of America", "Michigan State University" and now "Fidelity Investments". It is clearly that all of those who claimed it legit are part of the fraud. Shame on you all!!!!!!!!!!!

Rich, said that I ( Charmaine) got a loan from America Payday, and Rich said that I never paid it back, Rich stated that I owe $8,500.00 and I never ask or recieved and money or statements saying I got a loan from America Payday and Rich said the Sheriff would come and pick me up and the judge will send me to jail. Thanks Charmaine.

Believe the call comes from Total Card Visa, Comes in 4-6 times a day, sometimes till 10 pm. I don't have an account with Total Card. There must be some way to stop these people along with unknown name/unknown number calls. I am a member of the Do Not Call List, which is just about worthless.Why do they have all the rights and we have none?
